I still owed you these pictures from the stuff I wore a few weeks ago at the Spice PR day. A simple transition outfit from college to the event - just a simple top, blazer, jeans and a nice pair of heels.. With hot pink lipstick, two necklaces and a ring as the icing on the cake. The home-made crystal snake pendant has been my latest obsession, it's both minimalistic and dramatic, exactly how I like it.
I don't know how I could have lived without this bag for all these years. It's simply perfect for me! It's BIG. It's PRAGMATIC. BLACK LEATHER! GOLDEN BUCKLES! I'm in love ♥

Sooo.. You might have seen the little preview on my hair already, and here's the rest of the pictures. I have finally done it - I dipdyed my hair!
For this look, I simply made a small calculation..
Voilà , my new ombre hairstyle! It strongly reminded me of the My Little Pony horses from my childhood, and I love love love it! Especially because I have never done anything special to my hair ever before. The only downside is that, as we are speaking, the colour has washed out already - it's quite a task to maintain the colour. On the other hand, I'm able to try out different colours in a matter of days!
What do you think, do you love the ombre hairstyle, or don't you? What colour of hairdye would you pick to dip your hair in?

This post also is a little preview on the necklace I recently made, with some help of my colleagues down at the goldsmith's store I work in. More detailed pictures soon!
Don't ask what I've been doing for the past three weeks. I really don't know how I managed to not blog for almost a month, haha. Must have been the weather.
Anyway, I have loads of pictures for you. Some of you could have read on my twitter that I've done something new to my hair.. Here's a little preview!
More to come soon.. (or not, if the sun decides to lure me outside again). Hope you still like me, dearies. ♥

Had a lovely time at Spice PR with Sabrina.. Have seen some gorgeous stuff! Smitten with the Iris van Herpen pieces.
We met two wonderful girls, thanks for the pictures btw Xaviera & Zafiera! Looking forward to our next date!
I will be posting some pictures of the outfit I wore tomorrow or something.. Featuring some new pieces!
In the end I switched the pink ZARA bag from a previous post for a black, more minimalistic one.. I LOVE it, hope you'll like it as well.
Ph. Jak and Jil, Sartorialist, can't recall where the other pictures came from
Random closeups I just happen to like.
My tests are finally over and I am enjoying a week off from university. Don't really have any time to rest though, my days have been extremely busy!
Today I had a date with lovely blogger Sam. We had so much fun we forgot to take pictures (and it was freezing at the end of day - the weather has been acting weird lately!)
Going to call it a day now, need to be fresh and fit for tomorrow - going to a dear friend in Gent, Belgium tomorrow, woo!
First things first, what do you think of the new layout? I wanted to create a light, clean, cute feeling. Ready for the sunnier seasons!
Readers who follow me on twitter already know that I did some serious shopping at ZARA yesterday.. I had to return some stuff but I kept these two interesting items.
I am in love with the bag. Charming, a little bit old-fashioned, and yet it's so minimalistic and modern.
Does anyone know the other item? I'm going to keep it secret for a while.. You'll be seeing it next week.
I really felt like dressing up in the colours of flowers, of young nature popping out of the ground, whites, pastels.
The air is still cold against our cheeks, but the sun is up and warms up the grass floor and the tops of our heads.
Spring is definitely coming this way.

We bumped into one of our friends, Timor. Thought that you'd like these pictures, he has great style but above all a great smile. ♥

Edit I deleted the LB look because half of it didn't show up (weird?)
The only beautiful commercials in the world are perfume ads.
I love how the makers manage to convert a scent into images and sound.
Commercials are commercials, but these little clips are like artwork to me.
So this is the promised post with the larger images from the interview below!
I got this skirt at the Monki event I was talking about. I am in LOVE with it.
I got the vintage hardware belt at the local flea market last month. I have been craving for it on an earlier flea market, but I forgot to bring money with me at the time! Typically me.. But miracles happen, it was still there the following flea market for 2E! These kind of steals can make me so idiotically happy at times.. Much more than I'd like to admit, haha!
Just a quick post to show you my feature in an article at I LOVE FASHION NEWS!
I am featured as Fashionista of the Week. I am so honoured!
The pictures are accompanied by a small interview on my blog, but it's in Dutch only.. The pictures are open to anyone though ;) I'll be posting the bigger images in a new post tomorrow!
Walking through the gardens of Vatican city, astonished by all the wonderful architecture and classic features of the buildings, fountains and statues.. I really felt in place wearing my ballerina-esque outfit. The colours were so soft, the shapes of arcades and pieces of art so elegant.. Having seen The Black Swan might have left me more inspired than I thought..
I wanted to introduce a new topic to you guys: I am going to select a few trends I am especially fond of and will be making a sketch of them. I used to make a series of blogger portraits and I might start on that series as well if I get the chance to.
I love how the turban is coming back into the fashion scene. I already scored a vintage woolen turban in 2009, but I was actually looking for an 'indoor' turban.
Therefore I was so happy to score this velvet burgundy (velvet! burgundy!!) piece - see me wearing it here.
Now I'd like to treat myself with a turban I can wear during the warmer seasons as well - I heard River Island had some pretty gorgeous pastel tinted turbans. Or maybe I should get a little bit wild by getting their leopard printed style? Who knows..
Sketch made with traditional pencils, watercolour made with Painter + Wacom tablet.
I think it might be slightly obvious that this post is about my obsessions in red. These YSL tribtoos.. Oh, they're a dream. Especially combined with this red square clutch from Celine!
Really feel like having a simply cut clutch like this, but I am in doubt about the colour. Which colour should I take? Red, orange, minty green, tan? The dilemmas of my life..
And.. Vintage coral ring, DIY pyrite ring via A Pair And A Spare, Pamela Love triangle ring, can't remember where the snake ring came from
A friend of mine introduced me to a band called Foals. I am officially addicted. The song above is perfect for the coming seasons - relaxed, sunny and simply beautiful.
I felt like wearing something fit for Spring. Since the weather has only started to co-operate a little bit, I opted for light colours that might draw the sun a little bit closer to this part of the earth.
But who needs the weather if Spring's alive and kicking in your heart already, and the memory of the Italian sun freshly imprinted in your head? You don't need the burning sun and 30 degrees to wear pastels and whites. If you feel like it, just do it!
As we are speaking, it's already been Monday for 2 hours. So technically I shouldn't be calling this post a Sunday inspiration. But this weekend has gone by in a flash, and sadly enough college is awaiting in the early morning tomorrow. Therefore I am going to try to hold on to the weekend mood and pretend there won't ever be a Monday morning.
I'll probably regret it when morning does come, but at least I can daydream of this fabulous stuff below while I am trying to survive yet another Monday blues tomorrow.
